In 2010 I was involved in a car accident when another vehicle drove into me. The other party admitted quilt at the scene and we both made a statement at the police station. Initially I was dealing with a Ronald Connelly at the insurance company. In Oct 2010 I received an email from him, including the other parties statement for my comments regarding the merits of the accident, which I immediately provided. Then, in Feb 2011 I received an email from Dahlene (who then appears to have taken over from Ronald) with the third parties statements. She requested my comments "as a matter of urgency in order to proceed with the recovery", which I provided straight away. Now, 2 and half years later, I have not received any acknowledgement of my email, nor any feedback from the insurance company. Yesterday I emailed Ronald and Dahlene to inquire about the progress, but both emails returned as undelivered. I phoned the company and spoke to Dahlene (whose email has since changed without notification). All I wanted to know was what is happening with the case, but I was immediately met with a defensive and aggressive attitude. Shocking client service! Please provide urgent progress on this matter.
