2 MONTHS FOR VEHICLE REPAIR!!!

It is now the 18th of April 2013. On the 2nd of March 2013 I was in an accident due to the negligence of the other driver, which she admitted was her fault on the day of the accident.

I've made a claim to have my vehicle repaired on the third parties insurance policy as she admitted guilt. After numerous calls of me calling them without them returning any calls I received an email stating

"We hereby authorise repairs on the above mentioned vehicle as per enclosed Audatex (inclusive of VAT) in the amount R 83561.40.

Kindly note that no excess is payable by the Third Party.

Today the 18th of April I received another email stating that an sum of R70 000.00 would be paid out instead having my vehicle repaired which wouldn't even cover the damage.

Its been almost 2 months that I haven't had my vehicle which is really unacceptable. If action is not going to done soon I'm going to have no choice and take this matter to the next level.
