A year and a half later and I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!!

Over a period of a year and a half I have sent and received over 39 emails and made numerous phone calls dealing with several timeous payments made to my RCS account that weren't picked up and ended up as late payments on my credit record. I have lost a vehicle finance deal and a large loan because of this incompetence. I have been told several times that the credit bureaus have been contacted to correct the mistakes, only to have the same problem crop up again and RCS say they actually didn't send any info to the credit bureau. On 7/10 I was again informed by RCS that the account is going to be updated as clear, and even given a reference #. I contacted the Credit bureau today and... surprise, surprise -they have no record of any directive by RCS to mark these payments as being on time. A quick search of RCS on Hellopeter shows that they regularly make these mistakes and seldom fix them before they destroy the credit rating of their customers. I am disgusted by the lackadaisical attitude of this "financial services provider" and don't know how they can legally get away with running a system that clearly doesn't work.
