Cloning of Debit Card

On or about 2nd September my debit card was cloned whilst making a purchase
On 4th September a total amount was withdrawn from my account at "Other Bank ATM' by an unauthorised person
I immediately reported the event to the Standard Bank Department who captured my details and gave me a Reference Number.

I received SMS' from them to call them back and after many attempts I finally made contact with them.
Each time the call centre operator told me that the problem would be processed as well as it would be handed to supervisors for auctioning.
To date after about 6 further calls to them I haven't been contacted to be advised what has happened and whether the money would be paid back to me
