Not debiting updated bank account

I have updated my banking details with RCS in July and have paid in R1100 for two months as requested. I have asked them to please debit my account the following month, but the since have not. Now they are constantly calling me and demanding why I never pay. Please read the remarks on your system, I have requested to be debited and your'll did not do this, now your want another R1100.I will not pay for your incompetance. Please let a senior manager call me to discuss this.
