Card Cloning and Standard bank refusing to assist

On17 August 2013 - at 12.08 the card was with my at Birchgate Spar center and was cloned at the Standard bank ATM at Birchgate and the money taken at Elgin Mall (about 5 kilometers away).
The receipt in my possession was printed at Birchgate Standard bank at 12.11, showing that there is insufficient funds. The card was stopped immediately (even before the receipt was printed) and the bank at first said that what we are saying is untrue and then decided it is true, but we took too long to stop the card (approximately 4-5 minutes). How long is too long in bank time?
Keep in mind that Standard bank has one number for for the whole of SA.
When my husband followed up with Standard bank at the K90, Lee-Ann said that they cannot give him an overdraught because of the way the account was deducted.
A lot of unauthorised debits are taken by Platinum, Smart Flight and about 5 others and the bank tells us they can stop debits on amount or references, but not by name (the amount are changed every time we try to stop these debit orders). So, every month my husband goes into the bank to return these and if any fees on unpaid is not refunded
