Months Later... Insurance Claim still ongoing

This is with regards to a 3rd party insurance claim that is still outstanding and we are not finding any happiness in how this situation has been dealt with. Its been months since the accident, it took a long time. Finally they came to a settlement offer which we rejected and disputed that claim. I have requested for information with regards to the calculation of the settlement offer which I am still waiting. My case was also handed over to another person, which we were not told of until we had to call. We always have to follow up on information with these parties, they do not give any feedback-neither do they follow up with any information queried.
I'm disgusted by the level of the service at mutual and federal.
