I am disgusted in this service

Monday the 7th of october at about 16h30mins, i reported an accident i had with my bakkie the previous night... was assured by the call centre agent that i will be contacted emidately so that my vehicle cud be collected and processed.. Tuesday morning I called again to find out there was no logging of the claim... had to redo the entire process again... vehicle was collected same day and i recieved an sms of who was gonna handle my claim... On the 10th of october and for the next 11 days i have been calling and sending emails to this guy... no reply, phone never answered... yesterday i called the claims department and found out that my claim was still being processed... i then called the panelbeaters (awesome ppl who were on the recieving end of my fury) and found out miway rejected the claim on the 11th of october saying it was below my excess... so i phoned miway to ask what thier problem was, to be told its not thier fault and i shud not be angry at them because they did nothing wrong... i am now over R10k in debt because i had to hire a vehicle to do my job and phone bill calling them and doing thier jobs!! u are all useless!!
