Claims department no idee what is happening

I have been a loyal customer with MiWay the service was always excellent. I always talked about MiWay as the best insurance to everybody, some changed to MiWay, I should warn them never to claim.

As this was my first claim in 4 years with MiWay on the 4th of October we phoned the number on the sticker provided when we took the car for inspection.

Saturday 5th I phoned my first claim and Sean Pye took all details and provided me with the reference number and claim number.

Tuesday the 8th I phoned to enquire about claim I was informed that Sicelo is dealing with claim, they are waiting for the assessment report.

Wednesday I phoned again the 9th and was told that they are still waiting for the assessment Sicelo was still too busy to talk to me since Tuesday the 8th.

I anxiously awaited, phoned again on the 14th of October, spoke to Jade and Lebo asked me if I sent pictures yet, I realised something was wrong, the lady also did not know and eventually she said ohh the vehicle was towed to the wrong place?? how is this possible, the assessor could not find it.?

Please restore my faith in MiWay as this is not what I expected, I always received excellent service.
