Six months of repairs, and back at beginning

This is my last attempt at getting service out of Indwe before approaching the ombudsman.

I have had a claim open since May 2013.

Companies used:
Nu Leak Detect - did not stick to either of their appointments, the first they arrived and left before time, knowing I wanted to meet with them, and had to drive from Diep River to West Beach.

2nd appointment, they made for 9am - called to say they would be a bit late, arrived just before 5pm, I lost a days leave waiting for them. In the process of their rush job, they destroyed roof trusses, leaving them in the roof, I only discovered this by accident.

Judante Building Solutions - quoted R17, 300 for the repair work. This was completed at the end of August, not one week later and the bathroom was back to its same state, paint bubbling - two weeks later, the passage way paint bubbling, I've now discovered the bedroom cupboard is also damaged.

Judante initially wanted Dulux in, this has taken over a month - Dulux have not gotten back with the report. Judante wanted to redo the bathroom in the interim - but I wanted to rule out the paint.

My house is in EXACTLY the same state six months later - and everyone involved sits Idle.
