No Reaction on on my Credit Card

There were some transactions on my Credit Card on the 11th of Oct, I cancelled it immediately and emailed the bank, as i am out of SA. But up to date all i have received from FNB is a automated response email telling me that they would respond within 24 hours... I have head that they have people monitoring these sites, so hopefully now they will contact me...
