Masindi Roof Trusses
Roof construction take months!

Masindi Roof Trusses started the process to put Chromadek on our newly built house in September 2013. The roof was only completed on 11 December 2013. A process that took almost 3 months - and is supposed to take 3 weeks? The service was terrible! We had to continuously phone them to ask them to come on site and complete the roof. Masindi Roof trusses had several bigger and more important contracts to work on, and we were lucky if they came on site one day a week! Even though the roof was only completed on 11 December, Masindi roof Trusses started demanding final payment 2 days before already! Roof certificate and guarantee documents were supposed to be handed to us when final payment was received. We made final payment on 11 December 2013, but only received these documents after I requested it again via email.
I also found out (totally by accident) that it was discussed at Masindi offices (in front of other people) how rude I am - mentioning my name for all to hear! Very unprofessional! I WILL NOT recommend Masindi roof Trusses to anyone.
