Rockgrip pliotex inferior quality paint

Rockgrip Pliotex paint inferior qulaity paint, reported problem to head office, was referred back to retailer for assistance, retailer not interested in resolving, referred back to technical dept at dulux, still no response in 3 days... Public should know they must not buy Rockgrip paint as it is inferior and the stipulated guarantee is a hoax, I primered the wall with Rockgrip primer before I painted so they have no excuse. Had to paint over and over agin and stil not right. Went back to retailer complaining that have had no response from Dulux, retailer confirmed that Dulux will not do anything to help, also confirmed that they have problem regularly and Dulux does nothing... So where do I stand having spent money with poor results.
