No communication and VERY BAD customer service

I have recently bought a house and decided that I wanted to use a good quality paint and went with Dulux. I chose colours from their colour flips and these colours were not uncommon colours. I then had my entire house painted and was a bit short with one of the colours. I went back to have 2 litres extra mixed so that I could touch up the areas that still needed some work, and I then saw how different the two colours actually were. So I am sitting with a house which is painted and I can't touch up because Dulux can't get their colours right and I have been waiting for almost two months and haven't heard a word from them regarding the status of my replacement and regarding how they are going to compensate me for the labour which I have now lost out on due to the fact that their paints are not the colours that they say they are. I can understand that mistakes happen, however what I don't like is that I haven't heard one word from Dulux over the last two months. Even if they just called to advise that they are working on a solution for me but that they haven't finalised anything as yet. I just feel that the service is disgusting for such a massive company and I wouldn't recommend them
