One year later claim still not settled

On 20 October 2012 there was a hail storm which caused two of my home's windows to be damaged, today is the 21st of October 2013 and they still have not been replaced.
I have phoned the service provider Outsurance on numerous occasions but to no avail.
Would these people please attend to concluding this claim.
