I logged a claim for hail damage on my car. It went in to Dent Tech in Strijdom Park. I collected the car on 2 April 2013. When I got there, it was not complete as the beadings along windows still needed to be replaced. This was on back order and I was told this would take 10 working days. To date after emails to Outsurance as well as dent Tech i have still not received any feedback. However i have paid my excess and i guess that's what they care about at the end of the day. I sent yet another email on 16 May to Outsurance requesting them to refund my excess and i would go to a willing and able service provider to get the job completed. To date no response to that either. Would like all people to know what they in for when dealing with Outsurance and Dent Tech
