Car not fixed claim number 435665

My car went to repairs in 2012 after being involved in accident my car was not fixed according to the expectation. Informed my insurance and told them my sport lights were not fixed and my bumper is not put in correctly. MVPanebetears advices that spotlight were on order I waited from August 2012 till today (I was the one calling them always to see if they have the parts no insurance follow up or MV). My car was involved in a second accident door was damage (Feb or March2013) it went in for repairs MV Panebetears promise that they will also fix the damages from previous claim from the 19 August 2013 till 20 Sept 2013 my bumper is still hanging called miway numerous times advice of the situation but no feedback. I had to pay 2700 extra as my car was sitting there at the panelbetears due to strike of metal industry insurance refused to carry cost and my rental days were overdue, they promise to speak to accessor an investigate find out from MV Paneletears and give me the feedback on 26/09/13 but nothing till today. I'm so angry and disappointed at my way I even offered to bring my car to them so that they can see its not been fixed right. I want my car to be fixed not MV Panel
