To Whom it may concern.
I was a happy Miway customer for years. Then decided to move to Discovery Insure, for the Petrol Benefits.
Since the installation of a tracking unit in my car. Some components stopped working.
Martin was the first Technician to work on my car and was the Technician that broke the components.
A second Technician (Firoze) was sent out to fix what Martin broke. But only managed to fix some of the installation problems, but not the actual problem. He told me that I would have to take the car in to get this fixed and that someone would call me back. I am still waiting.
A week ago, I called myself and was again promised to be called back. I am still waiting.
Not to be funny, but if this is the service I'm going to get from Discovery Insure, then maybe I should go back to Miway.
A week after the tracking unit got installed the first time. I was locked out of my car, because the sensor in my door stopped working, due to Martin's work. I also noticed that the car started stalling at random times when the car is still cold and idling at a robot or stop street. (as if the tracking unit got earthed)
Can someone please get back to me and tell me what is going on?
