Statement Machine

Dear ABSA

I'm one of your most loyal customers and had never noticed until 2 days ago that when i need a statement i have to go inside your branches to access the statement machine with the exception of the church street branch.

The only problem with this is that i work long hours including weekends and by the time i knock off i cannot go into the closest branch to me while the church street branch is a bit to far for me which has a machine outside the branch.

This then leads to the question of is it really convenient to have this machines inside the bank instead of outside with the other ATMs.

This is not really a complaint but more of a suggestion from someone who struggled to get a bank statement.
