Faulty Swiping machine deducted my money

Im very annoyed and demand something be done with this matter ASAP as its unacceptable to have experienced such service so early in the morning on a Monday, I went to the Sasol Lotus Gardens at Church Street Pretoria in the morning of 25/11/13 at about 7:30 and put in petrol and asked to pay with my debit card, they brought the machine and swiped and did all transaction up to when the slip was supposed to come out their machine for some reason gave an error and the petrol attendant told me that the transaction didn't go through and that I should rather withdraw money from the ATM, one of the things that angered me was that the ATM was of another bank and I use ABSA thus it means I incurred additional bank charges for that and the thing that angered me more was that I then got an SMS showing that the money swiped actually did go through and the incompetent petrol attendant and the manager insinuated that I was lying even after I showed them the sms as I cannot be expected to pay twice because of their own error, on top of that they tell me that I should go to a bank, wait in a queue and ask for a bank statement and come back, that is complete rubbish, it's not my fault its theirs.
