Does ABSA really sort out claims? they don't bothe

I called faeeze Jappie on Friday to tell him my garage door had broken and he gave me a claim number and said you had 48 hours to sort this out.

I heard nothing further so on Monday morning I called once again and Lettie told me nothing was done and apologised. She told me she would get someone out immediately to check and quote on the door and ceiling. An assessor would be appointed.

I phoned you yesterday and faeeze Jappie said that ABSA was not going to pay for the claim

I requested a quote and reasons why and I have not heard from you once again! No assessor has been appointed and no correspondence whatsoever. Are you at work and do you exist? Is this the sort of service ABSA supplies to clients?

I am utterly disgusted.
Someone was at my house to give me a quote and I have not even received such!

Hello Peter might just give me the answer!
Why is this claim not being sorted out? The gentleman that cam to my house admitted that the door was well serviced and maintained.
We need answers. Even my friends are totally disgusted with this type of service.
