Request for presentation of Bill of Entry

I keep receiving email and being charged for not submitting documents that i submitted on 2nd, 12th, 16th, 16th via email. I went to town to the main office of FTS and I was told that he couldnt check from his terminal and i was going to be called back soon but nobody contacted me and now I got charged again. It is not nice from their side
