I was one of the unfortunate people to fall victim to 1time's liquidation. I then submitted a charge-back request with the bank in November. The application was successfully processed and I was refunded.

In December 1 time then charged me again for flights i didn't take. I became aware of this when I logged on to Internet banking. Furious that i didn't received SMS notification from the bank I called them and was advised to resubmit a charge-back which I did.

In this instance I was only refunded half the amount and the Bank closed the case without communicating this to me. Once again I noticed because of Internet banking.

I then submitted yet another charge-back request for the outstanding amount. Upon following up today I was advised that the Bank needs some documents from me (something they failed to communicate yet again). What upsets me is that these documents were already provided in my most recent recharge request.

Why do I pay bank charges if I am not receiving adequate service? On all cases I need to follow up with them before I know what's happening, no-one bothers to keep me abreast of the developments of my queries and this is not on.
