I was given fax number 0861111132 if i wanted to change the debit order date for my bond.i faxed the request to changed debit order date to the 16th of every month on the 30/04/2013 (i have the transmission [URL Removed] the 16th of May 2013 the debit order did not go off, we then had to make a manual payment.at the end of May the debit order goes off and there are no available funds, only to be charged for that.after enquries we find out that the request was never recieved.
1.can you please now remove the debit as we will be making a manual payment on the 25th of every month starting from the coming month
2. please reverse the charges for the returned debit order.
