I've been part of the Clientele IFA-group for almost a year and I regret every single month of it.

I initially signed up for the basic Funeral Cover with Clientele opting for the IFA business too - I strictly signed for IFA/Clientele to debit my banking account EVERY 1st of the month as my salary is only paid in every, very last day of the month.

The last few months I've been debited on different dates and once I was debited TWICE in one month!
I sent an email for assistance and feedback from the "very helpful" offices - its been three weeks and nothing.

I want this debit order removed ASAP, from IFA and Clientele - and any my policy terminated, and the IFA business.

I honestly don't care about the NAEDO tracking sistem, I SIGNED for the 1st not the 20th of the previous month or the middle of the month if there wasn't a debit made on the correct date.
