I'm at the point of breaking down with the nature of service that i have been getting at Bid-vest. Earlier this year i took out a Shortfall and credit life policy with Bid-vest hoping that at the time that i would need them they would come through for me. I first spoke to someone regarding my claim on the 26th of September 2013 however the actual claim was only lodged on the 7th of October and i was told it would take 3 - 4 days to resolve. After many phone calls and e-mails and all the drama - i was sent my claim form this morning only to find that my claim may only be paid tomorrow as NOTHING can be done today because there are no managers.

First there was a problem with my VIN number and then the bank needed to send the settlement letters and current statement then i needed to give details on the police report and now today they can't pay because there are no managers. With my luck there'll be something else tomorrow and then its month end again.

I life is on hold for a measly R 15 000 - really you'd think its a substantial amount. Don't know if I will ever do business with these guys.
