I did register my claim and send trough my supporting docs on the 21 October and up to today my claim has not even been worked on if I phone its been send through to the advisors. If my money is not paid to my bank account I will cancel my policy, I have had this policy for more than 2 years and this is the first time I claim.

Now I have to wait so long for a claim to be processed.
