My Blackberry was on the 04/04/2013. I then requested my IMEI FROM Altech to be able to fill in my claim form. I then filled in my claim form, went to the police to get a case number, only to be told the IMEI number I was given was incorrect. They then sent me yet another IMEI number, once again the incorrect IMEI number, 3rd time lucky it was the correct number given. I then called to say that I was no longer willing to go through this process again and that Altech or Finrite will now sort out my insurance claim as you people have given me the run around far too many times now. A week later I get a call from your finrite department telling me I needed to fill in a claim form once again. What the F>>>> are you people doing there, do you even know. I filled in the claim form, and sent it off once again. My claim got approved, I then called to find out when my phone will be delivered and gave you guys details of my closest branch so that I could go and collect. 2 weekes go by, I kept calling to find out where my phone was but after holding for over 18 min or more each time I called that all from a cell phone, I then got through. this story goes on and on I am sick of you
