Take 3 weeks to pay a claim

A claim has been put in with mr price on the 11th of april. My sister took out a insurance with them that is called 360 protection plan.everything was submitted i called to find out if there was more documents needed. Spoke to a lady at the claims department and she said everything seems to be in order she only needs the bank details i e-mailed the banking details and she replied saying thank you.on the 15 th everything was send to the audit department and they said by the 26th of April everything should be sorted, up until today nothing has been submitted to the audit department they will only send it tomorrow.that is Mr price. Quick to phone for payments but when they need to pay it is a long story. This lady's family borrowed money to have the buriel
