I joined Dignified Funeral policy later on it was then changed to Prosperity which is under Assupol group of companies. One of my beneficiaries passed on and i claimed my pay up. I took my document for my claim to Hollywood Height on the 16th of July. Then i also e-mailed my document to Petunia Twala who has been of help with my policy. She is also the one who called me and informed me about the change of my policy from Dignified to Prosperity. She replied and said i must fill the claim form she sent and i filled and sent it back but she couldn't manage to print it she then asked me to fax it to the number she gave me. I faxed the claim form on the 26th of July. I called her to find out how far has my claim gone she told me my claim was declined because my beneficiary had not reach the waiting period and that my paymentbs where behind with two month. But when my beneficiary passed on it was during her 7th month and my payments are behind with one month. With that one month i-mailed her telling her that my debit order has not gone through and can she help to check for me but i did not get a response. When i emailed her about my debit i was hoping for an alternative way of paying.
