Almost 3 days no cellphone!!!

Im so diassatisfied with the service i got regarding my claim, i lodged a claim a few weeks ago & Sherry asked me to submit a quote & i did last week friday, when i called on monday she changed her story & told me that what i submitted was not 'enough' & said i needed a 'report' in order for my claim for be 'processed', & she only tells me this after ive tried dozens of times to get hold of her with no sucess & then eventually wen i did, she tells me that what i submitted was just a quote & didnt contain enough details, then she said she'll send some1 to pick it up, that person came on tuesday, 2 days later no phone, she doesnt call or send email, no form of communication whatsoever, today (30/05) after dozens of calls i finally get hold of her and she tells me she recieved the report yesterday & she'll give 'them' the 'go ahead' to fix my phone (if i didnt call, she'd still'v the report & no feedback). what i dont understand is the 'quote' that i sent said the phone needed to be replaced (from mtn) & now she tells me that they said they will fix my phone, i just hope it will be fixed properly, i cant afford not to have a phone, i got kids, what if there's an emergency, forbid
