I have NEVER had such bad service in my life!!

I never get any reponse from Phyllis. Only after I send horrible rude emails will she make an effort in responding with a simple "yes" or "no".
There is always a delay in everything and she is never available on the phone either!

I am really, really, really unhappy with the service I have received from her.

I understand everybody's busy, but you can at least say: "Sorry sir, your satisfaction is not important enough."
