LACK OF RESPONSE

The personal at the financial aid office has a very bad habit of NOT replying to email concerning scholarships that has been awarded to students. They DO NOT reply to emails, can never find files and come across as rude as when I go and see them to ask about certain matters my being there is an inconsiderate to their day!
I have been a loyal Wits student for the past 5 years and during that time, not one year has gone by that I have not had to fight with the adim staff at the financial aid office. The latest being, they have lost (not only mine) application forms so that we are not on their system for the post graduate merit award scholarship. This is very strange as we could not have registered without a clearance certificate which was printed BY THE FINANCIAL AID OFFICE so that we could register for Masters.
Seems to think we are rolling in money as they do not understand the fact WE ARE STUDENTS AND REPLY ON THE SUPPORT OF THE FINANCIAL AID WITS OFFERS!!
I would like a reponse to my emails as the read report has not been deliver which means they haven't even read my emails. I understand they are busy but emails were created to make life easier - READ THEM!!!
