So disgusted in Nedbank

A EFT was done on my internet banking of the amount of R4500 on the 25th i reported it on the sat and went to the bank on monday no one knew who to phone. filled in forms and the case was opened and not even a week later i was told no the bank wont investigate because it was eft done not even to bother to phone me or explain what happend i just have to except the r 4500 is gone, in the the mean time i applied for o/d increase and never heard anything until today to say sorry can be approved because Just wanted to advise that your application could not be approved as there is an open investigation on your credit card (the that you reported) and credit advised that we can only submit an application once this case is resolved. WHAT CASE??? This bank is pathetic
