Nedbank a waste of time

I submitted a complaint on hello peter on 23 Aug 2013 headlined (declined application and bad service from NEDBANK) upset that Nedbank declined my application for a second bond on my currant bond to settle a personal loan and credit card which I have with Nedbank, this to relieve me of over R 2000 expenses a month. Nedbank got back to me requesting that I resubmit the application as they will relook at this, again after all the effort and resubmitting pay slips and all relevant documents they declined the application. I have now about had enough of this pathetic bank, I will now move to another bank and only pay what ever I can to the personal loan and credit card, they say you can not be garnished or blacklisted as long as you pay something. Here is below their reason for declining, take in consideration this would of relieved me of R 2000 a month.
Nedbank considers your income, debt, expenses and even possible interest rate changes when assessing affordability. Based on these factors, you may not be able to support the repayments for the loan amount you applied for. We therefore cannot approve your application, but would be happy to consider an application for a lesser loan
