I foned last week and wednesday to ask nedbank if I can have a credit limit increase on my credit card as I had it for long and I never called for a increase before so the lady told me it take 48 hrs to process and I said ok the reference # was 64098630.Monday I called again and still they told me it has'nt been processed and I told them i need the increase they told me some1 will give me a call and that reference # was 64159080 and today is friday and I still havent heard anything from Nedbank.

I think its just pathetic how they treat their customers and I am very unhappy about it. So mayb i will get better service from another bank.
