Advised incorrectly about the investment account

I am really not happy with the service I got from Fnb hillbrow, query number 354763 still not completely resolved. What kind of service is this? the kind of business they are running? their manger or the person who is suppose to help me is on training. I'm not asking for a loan, I just want whats mine. I'm really thinking of switching banks. FNB always talks about how they can help us but the service we receive is ridiculous.
