Policy deducted after cancellation

I took out a funeral policy with metropolitan. but after realising I could not afford. I decided to cancel. I called the call centre and have faxed/email all revelant documents -REF:0023804823. I have recived an sms confirming my policy has been cancelled on 14/10/2013.BUT now an amount R594. ref 000479715. was deducted from my bank account.
