I was involved in an accident on Sunday 17 March 2013. We received a call from Discovery advising us that the car had been taken to a BMW dealer/ panel, Zambezi, on 19 March 2013. The past three weeks my hubby and I have been calling discovery to get feedback on how far the panel beater is. The name of the consultant that has been assisting us is Thabang Oor. Each time - he's been giving feedback unti last week. He promised to get back to us and it's been a week and we haven't a word from him.
Today, 15 April 2013, I decide to call Discovery to get eedback. I was assisted by another consultant who called the panel beater, while I waited, and to my surprise - I was advised that the car has been sitting at a wrong panelbeater - KNOWS WHERE - and that Zambezi is picking it up only this morning. THIS IS AND IT'S EVERYTHING AGAINST WHAT WAS COMMUNICATED TO US AND THEIR TURNAROUND TIME! I then asked to speak to the Manager - Phumla - who has the guts to tell me that they will increase the rental car. THAT'S NOT THE ISSUE. Im going away and want my car back ASAP and an explanation of the incorrect communication and most importantly, where my car has been all along.
