I am not happy at all with the level of service I have received from discovery insure with regards to my claim. First of all it took over a week for my claim to be authorized and not once did I recieve feedback from Eugenia Chauke regarding the status of my claim.

Last week I requested that the repairer authorized be changed to one that is in Pretoria and that still has not been done. I still have not received any correspondence from Eugenia to tell me what's happening. I have to follow up myself and make calls to the assessor to find out what is happening because the person handling my claim does not even acknowledge any of the emails I send her or pick up the phone to update me.

It's been 2 weeks since I had the accident and I am still waiting.

Judging from the horrible service it seems like discovery doesn't care about it's customers.

Please can you handle this matter so I can part ways with discovery.
