Excellent Service - As always

I've been with Outsurance for many happy years. Unfortunately on the 11th October 2013 my vehicle was rear ended. I contacted Outsurance and had the privilege of speaking to PORTIA MTEMBU who was very professional and showed empathy over my current challenge. What also amazed me was that Portia was able to advise me of what appointment times were available so I could see a panelbeater the following morning and get my vehicle accessed. The whole conversation from start to finish lasted 20 min... claim logged..appointment supplied for panelbeater and SMS's supplied. Today is the 2nd working day after the accident..the claim has been approved and I'm ready to send my vehicle to the panelbeater. The above service was exceptional. NOTE TO OTHER INSURANCE COMPANIES: Its time to up your game... take a leaf from Outsurance book when it comes to service... Its not that hard...
