Total Frustration!

Lodged a claim with Miway but am being treated more like a criminal than a loyal client. Had an interview with their assessor, felt more like an interrogation. He wanted me to answer questions the way he saw fit. The next day he called me to ask how many claims I've had with them, told him 2 previous ones. He told me i was not telling the truth and that i have had a claim for a battery (with such bad attitude) and that he was to call me back! This was not relevant in any case. This after arguing this battery story (which was news to me) with my partner. I then went into their website and saw the 2 claims and the current (no battery claim). He never called me back to tell me he made an error or apologise! I am being grossly humiliated by this company and the service they are providing me with is totally unprofessional and unacceptable! They keep on harassing everyone around me including my ailing mother! My premiums are always paid on time through a debit order and have never had a returned debit order with them. Am so frustrated by this whole situation, it really is such an inconvenience to me and my family!
