Incredibly Helpful staff

I recently had an incident with my car where it partially had to be repaired by a panel beater. The local panel beater overcharged by a massive amount that was more than half my cars value. This is when Outsurance writes off your car and pay it out. I knew I wouldn't be able to afford a second hand car in my cars condition for R20 000. Thandi was extremely helpful in making an alternative plan letting me keep my car and getting it fixed at a private panel beater. What was really remarkable about this situation is the way that Thandi handled it. It went from the most stressful conversation (loosing my still working car) to the biggest relief and excellent service. She even stayed in after her hours to complete my claim (I know this because I received an auto e-mail informing me that she is out and 2 min later a phone call from Thandi even though it was 6 at night) She really went uot of her way and I could really tell as a client. It is staff like this that make me proud of choosing Outsurance
