Excellent Service From Thandi Kopies & Outsurance

I would just like to thank Thandi Kopies and Outsurance for the excellent service i received from them, i have only been a customer for about 3 months now, and had to claim, but there was no fuss or issues about me being a new customer.
Also worth mentioning is that things didn't look so good at the beginning of the week when i received news that my vehicle was deemed to be written off and the amount that would be paid out if i opted to repair the car at an alternative service provider wasn't going to cover much. Things looked bleek for me. Then Thandi stepped in and literally saved my whole week, she got me a better assesment and the claim was quickly sorted out.
It is people like Thandi that makes you want to deal with Insurance Companies and not be scared of the fuss and hassles you hear about. Thandi was absolutely fantastic in the way she handled my claim and answered all my questions. I really do hope that Thandi gets rewarded for her excellent customer service, because let me tell you, i can say without a shadow of a doubt, that Thandi is one of the best advisers i have ever had to deal with and I thank you for that. She deserves a Promotion and a Raise!!!
