AWESOME SERVICE!!

My car was hit from behind by an LDV, was seriously damaged, and had to be transported to a panel-beater. I called Outsurance and Merinda was extremely helpful with all the arrangements, including assisting me to get a car from AVIS for a period of 30 days. Merinda kept me informed regarding which panel-beater my car was referred to and provided me with a copy of the assessor's report.
Merinda is really an asset to her employer!! She is always friendly and helpful and will go out of her way to assist!
