Adjustment of life policy

I have been contacting Mr Nchabeleng since last week 3/10/2013 about the adjustment of my life policy. When call him he is out of the office or he is on break. I ask his PA to tell him me to call me back and give me the feedback on what is happening, he does not call me with feed back. I am really disappointed with the service. He is personal advicer but I don't get that. Please help me Peter.
