Hi

I would like to express my heartfelf thanks to Milly for a speedy resolution of my claim. I must indicate that Ms Nicole Ford had failed to resolve this claim and it took more than two weeks after the submission of all the required documentation had been submitted.

I must point out that there were numerous phone calls to Nicole making follow up on the claim. Moreover, a certain Ms Janine was also called but no response was given on the update on my claim.

I fail to understand as to why it took more than two weeks to have this claim settled. Why did it took Milly only 30 minutes to have my claim settled?

Notwithstanding the bad experience I received from the other two telesales consultants, I believe Milly was outstanding and showed sterling performance in resolving this claim. Her integrity is beyond reproach; she made a commitment to resolve my claim within a stipulated time and she delivered on her promise - that is "COMMITMENT TO SERVICE EXCELLENCE".

Did Milly lived up to your Service Charter? The answer is in the affirmative: Companies do need employees like Milly because they provide customer experience that is world class. Good work Milly
