Logging of late claim

My daughter was in a motor vehicle accident on 28 Sep 12; however, a claim was not logged then as there were only a few scratches on her car bumper. On 27 Sep 13 she received a summons from the other driver that was involved. Needless to say, it was panic stations here as my daughter is a single parent with only one income. I contacted 1stforwomen in JHB and a Lulu du Preez and a Victoria Ndhlozi at first assisted me. They were very helpful, but referred me to the Claims Department. There a Milly O'Reilly answered my call and what a pleasure she was. She was efficient, friendly and very helpful. I would like to say to her: " Milly, 1stforwomen can be proud to have staff of your caliber working for them. I salute you girl. Thank you ever so must for putting my mind at ease and be willing and eager to assist me."
