I recently requested for an account to be closed via secure message. This is the third time I am attempting to close the account.

What is the use of sending a secure message and nobody contact me or action the request. BAD SERVICE!!!

I requested for my son's account to be closed and the funds to be transferred to my current account and the stop order that was loaded on my current account to be cancelled.

This was never actioned and resulted in the stop order going through and there were insufficient funds in my account. Unpaid fees were generated and this is definitely affecting my BRI negatively.

I have both secure messages that was sent, why was this never actioned???
