Justplay
Refusing to close my account

I have been repeatedly emailing Justplay to completely close my account, they have decided to stop replying to my emails and are now totally ignoring me.. I have tried to close my account, but it seems more "suspended" than completely closed, i can still log in.. I want them to COMPLETELY delete my account from their servers as i do not trust them.
They have tried to assure be that their servers are "secure", thus i shouldn't need to delete my account, secure until hacked!!
Justplay, I do not care about what your thoughts are about me deleting my account, stop denying my request and DELETE IT! Just a little bit of customer service would be good.
